Our client Grab tech Solution is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Lahore.

As a Legal Assistant specializing in liability claims, you will support our attorneys in managing pre‑litigation cases from start to finish. You will handle client communications, insurance coordination, and document preparation, ensuring cases progress smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Claims & Case Management: File and track liability claims, maintain case records in our CRM (Neos), and monitor deadlines.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them updated on case status and required documents.
