DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email channels
Support customers with mobile, internet, and TV-related questions and issues
Assist with SIM card activation, mobile data setup, and account-related requests
Guide customers through TV box installation and home internet setup processes
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide effective solutions
Deliver professional, customer-focused, and solution-oriented support
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities when appropriate
