Customer Service Representative (Norwegian-speaking) – On site – Electrical Automotive Industry – XM01
As a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (On-site), you will be part of a team supporting electric automotive brands.
What you will do in this role
- Take incoming customer contacts (telephone, email, chat & other automated alerts) and solve user demands.
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide a response and resolution within SLA.
- Maintain service and product knowledge for applications specific to individual customers.
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
- Provide coverage for other Agents in their absence, within the same team or across teams.
- Understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness and overtime.
