Customer Service Representative
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to support members, providers, and partners in a fast-paced healthcare call center environment. This role involves resolving inquiries related to health plans, coverage, claims, and service concerns across multiple channels (phone, written, and in-person).
Key Responsibilities

+ Handle high-volume inbound calls and written inquiries from members, providers, and partners

+ Resolve issues related to:
