Role Overview
This position is responsible for managing customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, on-time delivery, and clear communication with both customers and internal teams. The role requires close collaboration with operations, materials, warehouse, scheduling, and sales to secure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Oversee orders and shipping activities between manufacturing plants and/or distribution centers to customers.
- Support demand management actions to achieve monthly targets in coordination with plants, sales teams, and external customers.
- Maintain up-to-date customer service process documents specific to the Reynosa plant.
- Partner with materials, NA CSR team, warehouse, trade compliance, and sales to address critical customer needs.
- Ensure accuracy of orders and shipment information in Oracle .
