As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral team member supporting customers with enquiries as well as the sales team. You will join a professional, close-knit team who strive to provide an exceptional level of customer service.
This is a varied role but a typical day will involve: 
Checking and releasing of sales orders
Keying and amending sales orders
Responding to email and telephone enquiries
Liaising with Manufacturing and Dispatch to update delivery dates for customer orders
Providing technical solutions and quotations for sales enquiries
Providing back office support to External Sales team
Assist with showroom enquiries when required
