Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative role is essential in providing top-tier support for all Salford products and assisting customers with their needs. This role requires passion for helping people, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive support for all Salford products, including answering customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues. 
Recommend parts and equipment based on customer needs and technical specifications. 
Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly. 
Offer estimates for spare parts and whole goods and assist customers with order placement. 
Accurately review and enter customer orders for spare parts and whole goods.
