  • Customer Service Representative receives and processes customer orders, inquiries and/or complaints covering items or products ordered.
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff.
  • This job requires analysis, judgement, and sensitivity to customer needs.
  • The Jobholder utilizes knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer.
  • Jobholders exercise judgement and discretion, and function independently within authorized limits.
