Specific Duties And Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and responding to customer complaints.
  • Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
  • Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.
  • Recommending available products.
  • Adhere to provided scripts and FAQ responses.
  • Learning and understanding company insurance products.
