We are supporting a global IT and consulting services company with hiring for a Japanese-Speaking Help Desk Agent to join their service desk team in Taguig .
In this role, you will provide L1 technical support to Japanese-speaking users , assisting with common IT issues through phone, email, and chat . This is a great opportunity for candidates with technical support experience who enjoy helping users solve problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 IT support to Japanese-speaking users
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows and Microsoft 365
- Log and manage incidents through the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when needed
- Deliver clear communication and a positive customer experience
