Overview:

Global X Investments Canada Inc. (“Global X”) is looking for Customer Services Representative (CSR) to join our Sales team. This is an opportunity to join one of Canada’s most innovative ETF providers. The CSR is an entry-level role responsible for managing our investor phone lines and email inboxes. They receive inbound requests for information, assist investors in learning about Global X ETFs, and provide them with timely, professional and courteous responses leveraging the Global X CRM/technology and access to internal support teams. Working closely with the rest of the sales team, they are a key conduit supporting one of the fastest growing investor segments in the ETF industry. The role reports to the Head of Inside Sales or a designate.
