Job Description

Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • At least a high school / Senior high school graduate
  • Good English communication and interaction skills
  • BPO experience is preferred but not required
  • Amenable to shifting schedule
