Job Description

A Customer Service Representative for a Financial Account assists customers with banking, credit card, insurance, loans, or other financial-related concerns through phone, chat, or email support.



Duties and Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries regarding financial accounts

Assist with balance inquiries, transactions, billing, and payments

Help customers update account information

Resolve complaints and account issues professionally

Explain company products, services, and policies

Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Follow company and financial security procedures

Qualifications

At least high school graduate or college level/graduate

Good communication skills

Basic computer and typing skills

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
