Position Title: Customer Service & Sales Support Executive
Working Location: Paya Lebar
Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (9am – 6pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities- Provide sales support for customers.
- Manage daily air and ocean freight requests (import/export), including creating detailed quotations for projects and cross-trade.
- Create solutions and competitive pricing for oversized cargo projects, container space, RFQs, and cross-border trucking between Singapore and Malaysia.
- Address inquiries for key accounts from diverse industries background.
- Respond to international requests and provide quotations as needed.
- Support the General Manager and Operations in overseeing customer service and sales assistance.
