【Please be noted that this position is based in Chongqing, China】

As a Customer Service, you will be mainly responsible for order to cash process, starting with order intake from customers in NAV system, issuing Order Confirmation, organizing shipments and deliveries, backorder review and following up with payment collection from customers.
Provide quotations to customers and key in customer sales order in NAV system, and issue Order Confirmation to customers

Provide estimated lead time for customer orders

Issue packing list, deliveries, invoices and other shipping documents

Invoice and billing reports

Coordinate outbound shipments with forwarders and warehouse service provider (3PL), and ensure timely delivery to customers

Inform the customer with updates of back order, lead time, and delivery schedules
