Job Summary:

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting concerns, and providing excellent support related to consumer electronic products. This role requires strong communication, technical understanding, and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.



Qualifications:

Completed at least 2 years in college

With at least 1 year of customer service experience

Good understanding of consumer electronic products

Strong technical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills

Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Computer literate and knowledgeable in basic MS Office applications
