Role Title: Customer Experience Specialist (Project-based)
Contract Type: Project-based (6 months) – cannot be treated as part-time; full-time commitment required
Work Arrangement: Full onsite
Shift Schedule: 11:15 PM – 8:15 AM, Monday to Friday
Locations: One Felicity Building, Commonwealth, Quezon City OR One Neo, BGC, Taguig
Scope of Work: Supporting dental clients via calls and emails
