Your responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, advise customers on hygiene products
- Responding to inbound and making outbound calls regarding product enquiries and complaints (damaged product, poor quality, missing item in the pack)
- Providing multichannel written support: e-mail, chat, and social media channels
- Documenting e-commerce complaints logged on e-commerce platforms
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Remain polite, patient and courteous with customers throughout the experience.
- Ensure the end to end experience for all customers is at high level of customer satisfaction.

- Language level: Greek C1/C2 (contact with the customers) + English B2 (language of the training and internal communication).
