Responsibilities
- Manage full order lifecycle including order processing, delivery coordination, invoicing, and issue resolution
- Monitor order and supply status, ensuring timely communication with customers and internal teams
- Handle returns, complaints, and credit/debit processes efficiently
- Supervise and guide customer service team members on daily operations and priorities
- Act as key contact for selected accounts, ensuring service quality and continuity
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and supply chain teams
- Support process improvements, reporting, and system utilisation (e.g. SAP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or operational roles
- Prior experience in team support or supervisory capacity
