Customer Services Team Leader

Worksop – starting salary c.£30,000

Working Monday to Sunday on a 4on/4off shift pattern: 09:30 – 20:00, the customer services team leader will work in a busy customs operation supporting the smooth movement of goods between the UK and EU.

This is a great opportunity for a people-focused team leader with customer service experience who wants to develop their career in a specialist and growing area of logistics and customs.

You’ll lead a team responsible for ensuring customer declarations are completed accurately and on time, helping customers navigate the customs process and making sure service levels, compliance and quality standards are consistently met.

Full training will be provided, so this role could suit an experienced customer service team leader looking to step into a customs-focused environment.
