Job Description

Customer Service Administrator

📍Location: Shenley - must be a driver as no public transport link

💷Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

⏰Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm fully office based

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with distributors, International Business Partners, and our UK Sales Team.
Assist with pricing queries and dispatch samples for evaluations.
Answer enquiries via phone and email, directing them to the relevant person.
Process orders, checking pricing and stock availability.
Arrange exports with the required documentation.
Scan and file all paperwork on our internal system.
Track shipments with couriers and provide updates.
Contact customers for payment requests, ensuring accounts remain current.
Monitor stock levels and communicate back-order issues.
Answer main telephone lines for UK Clinical Product Specialists and customers.
Package parcels for DPD and arrange collections.
