Customer Service Administrator


Location: Shenley - must be a driver as no public transport link


Salary: £30, - £32,


Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm fully office based


Responsibilities:



  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, International Business Partners, and our UK Sales Team.

  • Assist with pricing queries and dispatch samples for evaluations.

  • Answer enquiries via phone and email, directing them to the relevant person.

  • Process orders, checking pricing and stock availability.

  • Arrange exports with the required documentation.

  • Scan and file all paperwork on our internal system.

  • Track shipments with couriers and provide updates.

  • Contact customers for payment requests, ensuring accounts remain current.

  • Monitor stock levels and communicate back-order issues.
