Job Description

  • Act as the senior technical point of contact for hyperscale and enterprise clients across APAC during pre‑sales and early implementation phases, leading and developing the in‑country Solutions Leads who own day‑to‑day customer engagement in each market.
  • Oversee the gathering and interpretation of customer requirements for APAC deployments through the in‑country Solutions Leads, ensuring alignment with Zerra's regional capacity roadmap, internal capabilities, and commercial goals.
  • Set the standard for translating client expectations into clear technical deliverables across APAC sites, and validate feasibility against local power, land, and connectivity constraints in partnership with country teams.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to provide senior technical insight during pricing, contract structuring, and bid development across APAC, accounting for country‑specific cost drivers, tax structures, and customer commercial norms in each market.
