Job Summary
We are looking for an Analytical Consultant for the Customer Success, Industry Insights team in Oslo, Norway. The role focuses on building great customer experience by offering insights on category development and consumer buying behavior, enhancing customers' use of data, tools, and AI.
Responsibilities
- Improve the customer engagement and satisfaction (NPS) of your assigned clients by offering outstanding client support including data platform and analytical support
- Develop valuable business issue analyses and category presentations
- Deliver insights and recommendations to your client based on your analytical work
- Deliver thought leadership preparing client events, writing newsletter and doing webinars
- Generate sales leads based on your knowledge about your client’s business
