Client Engagement – Meeting cadence, attendance, frequencyService Management – SLA attainment including implementation and support risk.Financial Health – Aged debt and churn riskProduct utilization – Customer consumption and awareness gap Leading regular customer facing service reviews with reporting aligned to the contractual and DLR standards.
