Your role

As a Customer Success Representative, you will build strong relationships with SMB customers, manage accounts, drive upsell opportunities, and provide proactive guidance.

Your responsibilities

  • Acts as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance
  • Drives value and growth by identifying opportunities for customers to get more out of the product
  • Analyzes data and reports on key performance indicators such as NPS, CLV, usage, and retention
  • Provides ongoing support, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner
