Customer Support Agent - German Speaker (Berlin based, onsite)

As a Customer Support Agent for the German market, you will be the voice of our company.

  • Supporting our German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels

  • Supporting our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our POS solution

  • You actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
