On-site – Barra Funda, São Paulo

Start Dates Available: March / April

Fluent in Portuguese and English and looking for a stable customer service opportunity? Join an international travel booking platform and support customers with billing, platform usage, and general enquiries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Customer service via voice and email
  • Assist with billing questions and platform usage issues
  • Provide clear solutions with a focus on first-contact resolution
  • Communicate frequently in English (spoken and written)

Requirements

  • English level minimum B2 (spoken & written)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability for on-site work in Barra Funda
  • Flexible schedule (morning or afternoon — afternoon preferred)
  • Part of the recruitment process will be conducted in English
