Be a pivotal part of FTAI Aviation as a Customer Support and Logistics Expert, ensuring superior service and effective material management. This role combines expertise in supply chain logistics and customer interaction.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will act as a key interface among Customer & Engine Managers, FTAI-owned facilities, and third parties. You'll oversee inbound and outbound components, ensuring compliance with service agreements. Your ability to communicate and engage with diverse teams will drive operational success and enhance customer rapport.
