We’re looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Engineer to support a fast-growing SaaS platform. This is a high-volume, high-expectation role where you’ll handle complex technical issues, support onboarding, and help customers maximize product value.

  • Document recurring issues and contribute to playbooks
  • Collaborate with global teams for 24/7 coverage
