Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for our corporate clients regarding questions about our IT applications/systems.
  • Receiving incident reports via phone and email.
  • Developing error analyses and solutions together with our customers.
  • Documenting requirements and incidents in a ticketing system and forwarding complex issues to colleagues in 2nd level support.
  • Contributing to increased customer satisfaction and the further development of our customer support within a familial, international team.
