About the role. We're Hiring: Customer Support Engineer L2 – Authentication & Identity Infrastructure Are you passionate about troubleshooting complex authentication environments and solving critical enterprise access issues? We're looking for a Customer Support Engineer L2 to join a high-impact technical support team supporting mission-critical authentication and secure access platforms in a 24/7 environment. What You'll Be Working With: Active Directory LDAP / DNS / Group Policy MFA & Certificate-Based Authentication Windows Server Infrastructure Citrix / RDS Environments Secure Access Gateways Identity Federation (SAML / OIDC) Enterprise Authentication Systems What We're Looking For: Experience troubleshooting Windows Server and enterprise authentication issues Strong understanding of Authentication vs Authorization concepts Hands-on experience with AD, LDAP, DNS, GPOs, certificates, and MFA troubleshooting Ability to analyze logs, isolate root causes, and perform structured trouble...
