We’re Hiring: Customer Support Engineer L2 – Authentication & Identity Infrastructure

Are you passionate about troubleshooting complex authentication environments and solving critical enterprise access issues?

We’re looking for a Customer Support Engineer L2 to join a high-impact technical support team supporting mission-critical authentication and secure access platforms in a 24/7 environment.

What You’ll Be Working With:

  • Active Directory
  • LDAP / DNS / Group Policy
  • MFA & Certificate-Based Authentication
  • Windows Server Infrastructure
  • Secure Access Gateways
  • Identity Federation (SAML / OIDC)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience troubleshooting Windows Server and enterprise authentication issues
  • Strong understanding of Authentication vs Authorization concepts
