Job Description
We’re looking for full-time Customer Support Specialists who are passionate about delivering excellent service and are highly proficient in German. You’ll have the opportunity to actively shape our customer support processes, contribute your own ideas, and collaborate with multiple teams to create a consistently positive customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by managing and supporting the telephone hotline.
