Job Description
MagicHire is hiring a Customer Support specialist (German and English speaking) on behalf of an outsourcing company that partners with a large international logistics organisation.
The end client is part of a global parcel delivery network operating in more than 50 countries and handling millions of parcel deliveries worldwide every day.
Your main responsibilities:
- Identification and analysis of customer requests to provide fast and effective solutions (communication on-call and in written form)
- Support with the configuration and maintenance of DPD Customer tools
- Diagnosis and support in repairment of hardware and software issues
- Clear and understandable explanation of technical solutions for non-technical customers
- Documentation of customer enquiries and the solutions provided
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of support processes by sharing customer feedback and suggestions
