This role involves reviewing timesheets, identifying discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely processing through email and ticket-based communication. Key Responsibilities: Review and validate weekly timecards and timesheets. Verify work hours, overtime, leave, and other pay-related entries. Identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing. Track pending approvals and ensure adherence to payroll deadlines. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
