Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Non-Voice)
Location: Baner, Pune
Shift: 6:30 PM IST – 5:30 AM IST (India Night Shift)
Working Days: Sunday to Wednesday
Compensation: ₹3.25 LPA
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist (Non-Voice) to support payroll and timekeeping operations for healthcare professionals in the US. This role involves reviewing timesheets, identifying discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely processing through email and ticket-based communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate weekly timecards and timesheets. Verify work hours, overtime, leave, and other pay-related entries. Identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll processing.
