Customer Support Specialist

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for a Customer Support Specialist that will assist us in our mission by acting as a

liaison, by providing product/service information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging

problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. This role should

maintain an upbeat and positive attitude and understand the value of good communication skills so

that they can advocate for the customer when necessary. The role shall be confident in

troubleshooting and investigating customer questions and complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• High School graduate, some college preferred.

• Detail-oriented

• Self-directed

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required (Word and Excel).
