Job Responsibilities:

Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues

related to Net gear Devices.

Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer

Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates.

Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all

other aspects of customer service

Position and sell Premium support contracts to customers based on their support entitlement.
