Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in automotive e-commerce platforms, is hiring an Automotive Customer Service Representative (CSR). The role focuses on supporting consumers and dealer-clients through phone and email, managing customer data in CRM systems, and coordinating appointments.



Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound communication with consumers and dealer-clients

Update and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems

Assist with client inquiries and provide solutions

Verify customer applications and sensitive information

Schedule appointments to maximize dealer sales opportunities

Exercise judgment in consumer finance-related scenarios
