Helpware is expanding its Cebu, Philippines team and is seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives. As a CSR, you will handle incoming requests and ensure a positive customer experience across multiple channels.
This full-time position requires at least 6 months of experience in customer support, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in Zendesk. You will work 40 hours a week following an 8 am EST to 5 PM PST schedule.
