Job Description Customer Team Leader  
Location: Ryedale Court, Haxby, York, YO32 3SA 
Pay: £14.48 per hour; Contract: 15 hours per week + regular overtime; Permanent part‑time. 
Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift. Either Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday. 
Closing date: 02‑06‑2026. 18+ required for age‑related sales. 
Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast‑paced Co‑op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
