Role Overview

Customer Team Member (SPAR 18+) in Amlwch. Minimum 16 hours per week, flexible working hours with shifts between 7am and 11pm. Store may require additional hours as needed.

Key Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service.
  • Answer customer inquiries and guide them to the products they need.
  • Process purchases at the tills accurately and efficiently.
  • Upsell selected products and promote multi‑buy offers to maximise sales.
  • Check deliveries, stock shelves and keep the sales floor clean and organised.
  • Rotate stock to maintain freshness and observe expiration dates.
  • Complete additional tasks such as date checking, stock gap checking, price changes and promotional displays as assigned.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and processes.
