Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit customs declarations for import and export shipments accurately and within required timelines.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, finance teams, trucking partners, and customers to collect and verify all necessary shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, licenses, and certificates.
- Work directly with customs authorities, quarantine agencies, and other regulatory bodies to resolve shipment holds, inspections, and documentation discrepancies.
- Monitor updates in customs regulations, tariff schedules, trade agreements, duty drawback programs, and other related policies; ensure implementation and compliance within operations.
