Clearance Compliance; Customs Regulatory – Divisional
What You Will Do
As a Customs Regulatory Advisor, you will serve as the key expert on Vietnam customs regulations and international trade compliance, ensuring all FedEx import and export operations are fully compliant with the General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) and relevant ministries (e.g., MOF, MOIT). You will support smooth clearance operations, minimize regulatory risks, and enable efficient cross-border shipment movement while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter expert on Vietnam customs regulations, import/export laws, and trade compliance requirements
Interpret regulatory updates (Circulars, Decrees, HS classification rules) and translate them into operational procedures
Ensure full compliance with Vietnam Customs (GDVC) regulations, including declaration accuracy, valuation, and duty/tax requirements
