Cutover Project Manager

Etihad is planning a PSS Migration in March 2023 of its reservations, ticketing, departure control, inventory, and digital environments. This will be a significant and complex undertaking. To ensure both continuity of operations, protection of revenue, and preservation of Etihad's brand, it is vital that the cutover progresses smoothly and to plan.

In order to support this major exercise Etihad is recruiting two PSS Cutover Project Managers. Reporting to the Cutover Lead the Project Managers will have responsibility for the successful compilation and execution of significant elements of the Etihad PSS Cutover Plan. These sections of plan will feed into the overall cutover plan which will be a large multi stream migration plan, consisting of several thousand lines of tasks, covering many months of preparation and rehearsal activities building up to the main cutover event and early life support.
