We are looking for an individual with proven events experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to both structured cultural programmes and introduce new, innovative ideas, while managing events end-to-end and engaging a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver a programme of events aligned to key cultural and seasonal themes (e.g. International Women’s Day, Pride Month, Black History Month)
  • Develop creative concepts and activations for both structured initiatives and more flexible periods (e.g. summer and family-focused events)
  • Manage events end-to-end, including planning, coordination and delivery
  • Oversee budgets and raise purchase orders in line with event requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Security, Catering/F&B teams, suppliers, vendors and the GoTo team
