Cyber Security Engineer (Dublin) 6-month contract Hybrid €500-550 per day A large Irish multinational is seeking a cyber security engineer. The main responsibilities will focus on security controls and security operations. Responsibilities Essential Significant hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role, implementing and managing security controls. Practical experience with firewalls, IAM, patch management, remediation, and endpoint protection. Experience with the Microsoft security stack, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, and Sentinel. Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and VMware/vCenter. Good understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations. Desirable Cybersecurity certifications. Experience with ISO 27001. Experience with SIEM tools. Exposure to a SOC environment.
