Cybersecurity Governance Specialist

Group CISO is the core department and central driver for Information Security Governance in Synlab International.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain ISMS and support relevant audit and certification activities.
• Develop and maintain Information Security Policies and Procedures.
• Monitor, measure and maintain compliance with Information Security Policies, but also relevant frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the organization’s operational security posture, coverage & effectiveness of security capabilities & processes with actionable metrics.
• Design and implement security processes and ensure that IT processes relevant to security are designed and implemented with security considerations.
• Maintain IS Control Catalogue, and conduct IT Project / Application & Supplier Security Assessments based on the IS Control Catalogue.
• Identify the residual IS risks and steer the management of such IS risks.
