- Purchasing Inventory Management / Customer Support / Quality Control (Including Overseas Shipping and Product Verification)
- Negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery schedules, and quality; develop new suppliers
- Develop purchasing plans, manage inventory, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and conduct stocktaking
- Handle inquiries from domestic and overseas customers (especially EU clients), manage returns/exchanges, and adjust delivery schedules
- Verify operation and quality of cameras and network devices; troubleshoot issues
- Handle international shipping operations including EU (document preparation, customs procedures, carrier coordination)
- Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams; propose and implement improvements
